Sooooooooo...

Like always, great ideas come from absolutely nowhere.

Ain't that just great!

And this one started by a lucky coincidence, and my mindset of not knowing to say no when a great deal comes by me.

The expression was a foreshadowing of all the work that was ahead of me, before i even had the slightest idea of it coming..

So .. Got this camper for a really good deal. Then got a fixation on the idea of leaving to tour around Europe and it meant lots and lots of wrenching ... And i am not joking when i say that it was close to 2 months of full workdays of work to fix just about everything i could think off. The Camper was working fine, don't get me wrong; but when you envision a longer voyage, you just need to make sure that you have done your utmost so there will be no mechanical misshaps on the road.

The following pictures are just a very very tiny fraction of things i did during those 2 months of working on this project.

And i will not go into detail onto what are all the things i worked on.

The very basic: if it doesn't open, use more force! summed up in a picture.

This was close to the last thing i had to repair before having everything working; it is the water heater, very neatly packed under the driver's seat. Had to dissassemble the seat, the seat holder and even the floor to get it out and be able to work on it.

Now as i had almost everything in order, i made a small excursion to jetski in Pori, mainly to verify everything is actually working and i have a chance to leave.

First thing i noticed was that the driver's seat was terrible to sit on, even on short trips.. So a new seat was in order.

All assembled and ready to go

So this meant that i only have to decide when to leave..
